McKesson’s Adherence Performance Solution (APS) helps you identify and intervene with non-adherent patients. APS identifies non-adherent patients through an interactive dashboard which provides information on patient adherence for Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol, and COPD therapies, as well as information for Diabetic patients without a statin and elderly patients on high risk medications. Additionally, the APS integration with McKesson’s Clinical Programs Solution (CPS) provides “real-time” adherence data within your McKesson pharmacy management system to alert pharmacy staff to engage with patients.
