Our culture
McKesson’s connected, inclusive culture celebrates our lived experiences, backgrounds, expertise, and self-expression to build a lasting and rewarding career in the care of others. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, together with leadership accountability, means fulfilling our shared responsibilities to create the best place to do business and the best place to work.
We started with our leaders by taking an inventory to understand where they are on their journey and by doing so we were able to start developing their competencies. As a result, they have become role models for inclusive behavior and continually show other employees how to encourage people, lean in and feel included with a sense of belonging.
Our ERGs make our community even stronger by connecting people of all backgrounds and experiences to feel like they’re a part of something greater.
