Our Code of Conduct and related policies support integrity, ethical decisions and regulatory excellence, guiding our interactions with all stakeholders.

Everyone who conducts business on behalf of McKesson must follow our Code of Conduct. We expect our business partners to share our values and uphold the highest standards of integrity.

Seeking Help and Speaking Up

We promote an environment where employees feel empowered and comfortable asking questions and raising concerns. Raising compliance concerns cultivates a better work environment, improves performance, strengthens our ethical culture and protects our company and stakeholders.

Our Integrity Lines are operated by independent third parties and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with operators available in multiple languages. Anyone inside or outside of our company can use the Integrity Lines to raise a concern. Reporters always have the option to raise concerns anonymously.

  • Modernized design and navigation to enhance reader experience and align with current brand strategy
  • Updated section headers to include clear I²CARE tie-ins to emphasize alignment with core values
  • Refreshed content and hyperlinks to align with current guidance, processes, and business strategy
  • Updated content to include “Behaviors that Advance” to offer readers practical approaches to complying with expectations

On November 4, 2024, McKesson amended its Code of Conduct, specifically:
